I'm Brian Hart, owner of Serentis Travel, and I've been cruising for over 25 years: seventeen voyages across every kind of ship, from family sailings on Disney Cruise Line and Celebrity to ultra-luxury with Silversea.
Today, Serentis Travel is a Silversea specialist, an ultra-luxury line known for both luxury expedition to the ends of the earth (Antarctica, the Galápagos, Patagonia, the Arctic) and immersive ocean. That focus is deliberate: rather than dabble across a dozen brands, I go deep on one. And I still book across the luxury lines, from Regent to Seabourn to Explora, so when another line is the honest best fit for you, I'll say so and book it anyway. Extraordinary trips, but easy to get wrong without guidance: the right line, ship, suite, and season change everything.
That's my job. I curate the voyage around you. You deal with one person, me, from your first question to the day you disembark, never a rotating cast of call-center reps.
