Our role as a travel advisor

Serentis Travel is an independent travel advisory. We help you plan, select, and book travel, and we act as an intermediary between you and the suppliers who actually provide the travel — including cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, airlines, and transfer companies. We do not own, operate, or control those suppliers.

Pricing and availability

Prices, fares, promotions, perks, itineraries, and availability are set by the suppliers and can change or sell out at any time until a booking is confirmed and paid in accordance with the supplier’s terms. Any pricing, shipboard credit, or amenities we describe are subject to the supplier’s current offers and conditions and are not guaranteed until confirmed.

Supplier terms govern your booking

Every booking is subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier providing the travel, including their payment schedules, change and cancellation policies, deposit and refund rules, and conditions of carriage. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with those terms, as well as with passport, visa, health, and entry requirements for your trip. We strongly recommend appropriate travel insurance.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Serentis Travel is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, or failures of any supplier or third party, or for any injury, loss, delay, or damage arising from your travel or from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. The website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services will not exceed the fees you paid to Serentis Travel for the services giving rise to the claim.

Use of this website

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to misuse the contact form or attempt to disrupt the site’s operation or security. The content, branding, and materials on this site are owned by Serentis Travel or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Serentis Travel LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Changes
