Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Serentis Travel LLC (“Serentis,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit serentistravel.com or contact us through this website. By using the site, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), your preferred contact method, and the contents of your message. You choose what to share; the more you tell us, the better we can help plan your trip.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers collect limited technical data automatically, including your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring page. We use this to keep the site secure, prevent spam and abuse, and understand how visitors use the site.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and plan and arrange your travel.
- To communicate with you about your trip and our services.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website, including spam and abuse prevention.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of trusted third parties to run the site and our business. They process information only to provide their services to us:
- Cloudflare — website and form hosting, security, and bot protection (including Cloudflare Turnstile, which helps verify that form submissions are from real people). This involves processing your IP address.
- Resend — delivers your contact-form submission to us by email.
- Google Analytics — measures site traffic and usage. See “Cookies and analytics” below.
When you book travel, your information is also shared with the relevant suppliers (such as cruise lines, hotels, and tour operators) as needed to fulfill your booking. Those suppliers handle your information under their own privacy policies.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects usage data such as your IP address and the pages you view. We do not use this data to identify you personally.
You can opt out of Google Analytics on this site at any time using the button below. Your choice is stored in your browser, so you may need to opt out again on other devices or browsers, or if you clear your browser storage. You can also install Google’s Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
How long we keep your information
We keep the information you send us for as long as necessary to serve you and maintain our client relationship, and as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see “Your choices and rights”), and we will do so unless we are required to retain it.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Serentis does not sell your personal information.
California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA). We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights. To make a request, email us at privacy@serentistravel.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.
Children’s privacy
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
